Include the task or room name, scheduled date, and the steps that led to the problem.
Apple handles charges and cancellation. If paid access is missing, use Restore Purchases in the app.
Report anything difficult to read or use, or guidance that feels unsafe. Stop any chore that feels unsafe.

Information the app may handle
Your email and account details; household, room, home-feature, and optional ZIP or climate information; household-member names, optional profile photos, ages or age ranges, schedules and permissions; chore preferences, assignments, instructions, history, notes and reminders; and subscription identifiers supplied by Apple. Please do not put highly sensitive information in chore names or notes.
How it is used
To provide household setup, chore plans, reminders, family sharing, backup and sync, support, safety controls and subscription access; improve reliability and accessibility; and prevent misuse. We do not sell personal information or use it for behaviorally targeted advertising.
Storage & service providers
Some information may remain on your device. Accounts, backup, sync, notifications, subscription verification or support may use trusted providers that receive only what is reasonably needed. Apple separately processes App Store purchases under Apple’s policies.
Children & family profiles
The app is for adult-managed households. A parent or guardian may create and control a child profile, including schedules, permissions and assignments. Children should not independently create accounts or submit personal information.
Your choices
Profile photos and ZIP/climate information are optional. You can edit household information, profiles, schedules, chores, photos and notification permissions; turn off optional features; and request access, correction, export or deletion.
Retention, export & deletion
We keep information only as reasonably needed to provide and protect the service and meet legal obligations. In the app, open Settings → League Office → Privacy, support & app rules to export available data or begin account deletion. Deleting the app may not delete cloud data. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Security & updates
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Protect your device and credentials, and never email passwords or payment-card details. We may update this policy; the current effective date will appear here.

Unresolved Issues is offered by Dawn Coursey. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
What the app does
The app helps households organize chores, schedules, reminders, family participation and optional home checks. It is a planning aid—not a professional inspection, repair, medical, childcare, emergency or safety service—and cannot guarantee a clean, maintained, safe or code-compliant home.
Use good judgment
Follow labels, manufacturer directions, local rules and qualified professional advice. Never mix cleaning chemicals. Stop any chore that feels unsafe. Adults choose age-appropriate tasks and supervision. Contact emergency services when needed.
Accounts & content
You are responsible for accurate information, account security, invitations and permissions. You keep ownership of the rooms, profiles, photos, schedules and chore content you provide. We process it only as needed to operate and support the service.
Subscriptions
A paid plan may follow a stated 14-day trial and may be monthly or annual at the price shown before purchase. Plans renew automatically unless canceled through Apple. Apple manages billing, refunds, renewals and cancellations. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a subscription.
Fair use & ownership
Do not misuse the app, bypass security, gain unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate anyone or violate another person’s rights. The app, brand, design, built-in library, illustrations and original content remain protected intellectual property.
Availability & liability
Features may change, require updates or be interrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, unsafe use, missed chores, household decisions or third-party services. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version and effective date will appear here.
